Jin Soo Kim (pictured), the 6-foot-8 freshman forward for the Terps, was ruled eligible yesterday by the NCAA Clearinghouse. Gary Williams has described Kim as the best shooter on the team, so his addition will mean the team has another legitimate 3 point threat besides Eric Hayes.
Though Kim is very thin (he is listed at only 195 pounds), he is another body the Terps can put in the inside, especially if Braxton Dupree and Jerome Burney get in early foul trouble (which is likely to happen more than once.)
